Odesk.com This is a real job and legit!

I have come acrossed odesk.com a few months back, and I should say it is very reliable, and really a legitimate site. You get to meet real clients who will pay you as much as $1000 depending on the weight of the job. You can find a lot of job being offered such sa data entry, virtual assistance, progammer, copy and paste jobs, transcriber and a lot more. Clients are what we call the buyer. They will post job they need to get done, and they are looking for providers. Providers are the ones who will do and complete the job for the buyer. There is no money or fee involve, so that means you will not spend even a single centavos.

Before you can apply for any jobs available, you first need to meet their requirements.

1. Take exams. You will have to take a test and you should be able to pass it. You can choose which subject or category you would like to take, there is English profiency test, customer service and others.

2. Install odesk ready program on your computer. It is a software that will take a screen shot of what you are doing on your computer. It is an evidence if you are really doing the task given to you by the buyer or not.

In odesk.com, you get to bid for the said project. But, as a beginner, I suggest you start with a small amount so you can attract buyers. Also, make sure to impress your buyers because they have the option to write a review or comment regarding your performance, so it is always safe to receive a good feeback. Providers can also provide feedback to their buyers.

In applying for a project, take it seriously. It is like applying for a real job because you still have to send your cover letter to the buyer. Once you are choosen, he will invite you for an interview either through Skype, Yahoo Messenger or E-mail.

If you have not found a buyer yet, be patient. Keep on applying and never loose hope.

Wireless Internet

Ever wonder why americans are so into wireless technology? It is because of the obvious reason that it is convenient. Yes, imagine using your computer and getting online without all those cables and cords attached at the back of your computer going to your modem or router. Isn't it great? You can roam around the house or your office without hassles. You can go the rest room and bring your laptop with you. Wow! Such a wonderful thing a technology can do. It will really ease the life of people who cannot live without computers. There are companies who managed to come up with a product that satisfy the need for wireless Internet, some of them are the following: Cisco, Linksys, Belkin and Netgear. Most of the companies I mentioned are based in the USA. They have created what we call wireless routers. If you are not familiar with the term, routers are devices that is capable of making multiple computers get online at the same time, what made it more interesting is the fact that it is wireless. It has an external antenna which is the one responsible for broadcasting the wireles signal. Of course, you also need to make sure that the computer you are using has a wireless capability. If it is not a wireless computer, you can just purchase a wireless adapter and install it on the computer. You can then get online wirelessly, no more cables or cords needed. I suggest you try it out and experience how convenient it is to have a wireless connection at home, at your office or just anywhere.

In my next post, I will teach you how to configure a wireless router, and it is for free. Yes, most technicians would normally charge you just for configuring your device. By the way, below is a picture of what we call wireless router (just incase you have not seen one). Happy surfing!
